Frustrations...
Grrrr! Heaven forbid home buying/selling go smoothy. We were supposed to close on the sale of our house and the purchase of our new one on monday, but I just heard from our realtor that there are problems with the buyers loan and we will not be able to close until the 9th. thank you bank. thank you. So we will be in West Valley for at least another week. awesome.

That is so annoying! I am sorry!
That is frustrating. I know how you feel - I've been the realtor on a few of those sticky situations. It's obnoxious. Especially with today's financing economy. Banks are getting WAY tighter and making the whole thing a pain in the butt. Good luck!
